Service Description

In martial arts and combat sports, striking refers to hand-to-hand combat between opponents in a standing position. The hand-to-hand combat is similar to styles of karate and muay thai. Mixed martial arts combines this element of striking with ground fighting, typically in the style of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
